So I was in Hong Kong a few weeks back at a big event for my company. They asked me to speak about Dreams for 4 minutes. Honestly…I’m not really a “touchy feely” guy. And worst is I had to wait all day to speak at the end of a three day event.
But it got me thinking…the reality is…if you have a dream life…if you have an idea in your head of where you would like to be then it is time to make it a reality.
We are what holds us back. Sometimes we need to be backed into a corner to make it happen. That’s what happened to me back in 2001. I was working on my home based business….but it was going slow…I was still excited but I was only making a few hundred bucks a month. But then something happened that pissed me off. So I lit a fire under my own ass and got rocking…Not too long after that I quit my corporate job at Dell.
Many people talk about having a Why…meaning have a reason why you are doing a business. I have a little different take. I call it your W.H.Y. – What Has You …then fill in the blank. What Has You pissed off that you can’t do something. What Has You upset that you can’t go on that vacation. Just think about that for a minute.
I know back in the day I had to put my baby in daycare and ship my wife off to work because I didn’t know how to make more money outside of a job. THAT pissed me off so bad I got busy and did what it took to make my dreams a reality.
Watch this video – I stutter a bit…haha…who cares…I make 20 times what I made in the military and have traveled all over the world because I decided it had to happen. The reality is I could have laid down on the stage and done snow angels…and I would still be making that income.
I do talk about the best network marketing company ever created (mine) so sorry if that offended you…but if you made the kind of money I make, you would be talking about it too! 👌🏻😎
